Finance Raising

Our team has several years of raising finance for infrastructure and project finance transactions. Our role has been to identify potential lenders and to coordinate and facilitate initial meetings or interviews with them in order to identify the funder best placed to provide financing to the scheme.

We seek to provide advice on optimal commercial structures and raising of funds including running funding competitions and assessing the impact of differing financial options on the overall affordability and viability of projects.

Commercial Support

Our experience of drafting payment mechanisms allows us to challenge existing payment mechanism processes and to calculate or challenge deductions. We also carry out reviews of operational project documentation to ensure that our public sector clients are receiving services in line with those set out at contract signature and to verify that charges levied are valid and transparent.

Operational Support

We analyse the operational performance of contracts against that predicted pre contract signature, identifying and explaining any significant variances. This enables us to highlight key issues with closed contracts that were not addressed prior to signature allowing clients to address these proactively.
